Refund & Returns Policy

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. Please keep your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at joesrero@gmail.com. Do not send an item back before contacting us. If your request is approved, we will send return instructions, including any applicable return-shipping information.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at joesrero@gmail.com so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
