These Terms govern your use of the Iveroa online store and any purchase you make from it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and content

We try to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. We may correct errors in prices, availability or descriptions, and cancel affected orders before they ship, with a full refund.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline or cancel an order in case of an error, lack of stock, a payment problem or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full. Payment must be authorized before we process your order.

Shipping, delivery and returns

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery times are estimates. Please see our Shipping Policy and our Refund & Returns Policy for costs, tracking, returns and refunds.

Use of the site

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, interfere with its operation, attempt to access systems or data without permission, or infringe the rights of others.

Intellectual property

Iveroa content, including text, images, logos and design, may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our prior written permission. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Iveroa is not liable for carrier delays, errors by third parties, technical interruptions or indirect damages arising from the use of the site or a purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the changes.
