Refund & Returns Policy

Returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. Please keep your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs

Iveroa pays the shipping costs for returns accepted under this policy, including returns from the United States to the Dominican Republic. Please contact us before sending your return so we can coordinate shipping and payment. Customers are not responsible for the return shipping cost.

How to start a return

Contact joesrero@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Do not send an item back before receiving approval and instructions from Iveroa.

Return address: Iveroa, Calle Las Colinas de los Ríos número 9, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. For customers in the United States, this is an international return.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at joesrero@gmail.com so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
