Lift the lid and pour in up to 150 ml of water. Stay under the max line for the strongest mist.

Add 3–5 drops
Use any water-soluble essential oil, or leave it plain as a cool-mist humidifier.

Is there a real flame or any heat?
No. The flame is cool water mist lit from below by LEDs. Nothing burns and the unit stays cool, so it is safe on a desk or nightstand.
What if it arrives damaged?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage at joesrero@gmail.com. We'll review it and make it right at no cost to you.
Why is the mist weak?
Use a 5V/2A USB wall adapter and keep the water under the max fill line. A laptop USB port or a low-power adapter gives a thinner mist.
Can I add essential oils?
Yes. Add 3–5 drops of water-soluble essential oil. Avoid thick or corrosive oils, which can damage the ultrasonic plate.
How long does one fill last?
The 150 ml tank gives up to 10 hours of continuous mist. When the water runs out, the unit switches itself off.
Can I use it without the remote?
Yes. The buttons on the back control power, the timer, the mist mode and the light colour.
Can I use the light without the mist?
Yes. The light and the mist run independently, so you can keep the glow on as a night light.
